We loved this old but well-maintained hotel with its great facilities. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and its spaciousness. The hotel staff were helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the drinking water station on the same floor. The hotel's location close to the metro station was convenient for our travels.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel's location was key for us, as it was close to the city center and major thoroughfares. Rooms were spacious and clean, with complimentary bottled water available on each floor. The staff was also very friendly.
Our Christmas stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. Although the location was great, the hotel lacked holiday decorations or any kind of festive atmosphere.

Spacious room, like an apartment. Convenient metro location. Plenty of natural light. Close to shops and restaurants. Large bathroom with nice amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Good continental breakfast hours. Easy to reach by train and metro.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with the metro station just a block away. It also offers great natural light in some rooms. But, the bathrooms need repairs, and some rooms have cigarette smell that makes it unlivable. the staff also lacks helpfulness and rudeness to the guests.
The staff didn’t help even with 5-year-old luggage.
